The Scottish International Flute Summer School
21st - 27 th July, 2013
The Course is a great opportunity to immerse yourself in a world of flute playing for a whole week. Enjoy private lessons, piano coaching sessions, observing masterclasses and some fantastic recitals.
1 piano coaching session
PIano coaching sessions with our fantastic pianists give you the chance to rehearse for the final concert performance. It's also a good opportunity to try new repertoire.
2 private lessons
All private lessons are 45 mins
Chamber Music
Form a chamber group and enjoy playing through our wide range of repertoire.
2 technique classes
2 technique group lessons which could include work on any aspect of flute technique!
Flute Choir
Enjoy the chance to play in flute choir with your fellow students. After some coached rehearsals you'll be performing in the short course concert.

IN ADDITION to the activities above there will be
recitals from Wissam, Ian and Ruth.an 'extra group class' for the whole summer school to attend and participate in.
